Mammoth Cooling Terms & Conditions

Quotations

  1. An 80% deposit is required on acceptance of any quotation and the remaining 20% to be paid on direct delivery of goods or on completion of the job.
  2. All quotations must be signed with proof of payment sent before spares or new equipment can be purchased.
  3. All quotations are only valid for 10 (Ten) working days.

Warranties & Guarantees

  1.  There shall be NO Warranty or Guarantee on second hand Compressors and/or Electrical components supplied; no warranty on any pipe line not pressurized correctly (vacuumed at 900 microns), nor welded by a Qualified Technician or a Technician under the supervision of a Qualified Technician.
  2. There shall be NO Warranty or Guarantee after a service unless parts were confirmed to be faulty and a quotation was accepted for replacement.
  3. Extra time and travelling may be charged for late parts or being held back by contractors or hold ups on site which are out of the control of Mammoth Cooling.
  4. Warranties are only valid as per the supplier. Any electrical issues or safety/surge protectors not installed on circuit will void the warranty from suppliers. Please ensure that any requires safety/surge protectors are in place. If needed these can be supplied at an additional cost.

Payment

  1. All Invoices are to be paid on completion of the work.
  2. All equipment and parts/spares supplied remain the property of Mammoth Cooling until such time as the invoice is paid in full.
  3. Any additional spares required that were not on the original quotation will be added to the final invoice.
  4. Any invoice not paid within 14 days  will have interest added at a rate of 10% per week thereafter.
